FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Senior Aurelija Miseviciute’s No. 4 ranking in singles is the highest among four athletes from the 17th-ranked University of Arkansas Razorback women’s tennis team in the recent ITA rankings. The Razorbacks (4-1) were represented in singles by Miseviciute and sophomore Anouk Tigu at No. 92. Miseviciute recently set the all-time singles wins record at Arkansas with 108, while Tigu is a perfect 3-0 in dual matches this season. In doubles, Arkansas had two teams ranked in the top 60 nationally. Nanar Airapetian and Tigu are the highest pair at No. 12, while the senior duo of Miseviciute and Ela Kaluder hopped into the rankings at No. 57. Both doubles teams combine for 27 total wins on the year. The Hogs remain in the top 20 after being idled for two weeks. They will be back in action on Feb. 26th at 3 p.m. when they host SMU at the Dills Indoor Tennis Center.
