FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Houston Nutt and the Arkansas Razorbacks completed their final day of practice before Saturday’s season lidlifter against Boise State on Thursday. Sunny skies and warm weather were enough for Nutt and his team to go over final plans.

“We had a good mental day,” Nutt said. “We covered a lot of kicking situations and different substitutions. We tried to hit everything we could think of – short yardage, goal line, and personnel groupings – before kickoff.”

Nutt referred to Josh Melton and Fred Talley’s injuries, citing they may play.

“I think they are going to be alright and be able to play. They are ready and looking forward to it. How much are they going to play? I don’t know yet. But they are looking forward to it.”

The Razorbacks kickoff their season at 6pm Saturday, when they play host to the Boise State Broncos at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
