Hogs in Ninth Place after Two Rounds at The Ma

ARDMORE, Okla. — The University of Arkansas golf squad sits in ninth place after the first two rounds of The Maxwell at Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore, Okla. on Saturday night. The Razorbacks are playing in their final tournament of the season.
For the first time this season, the Razorbacks are led by someone other than senior Craig Lile as sophomore Beau Galyean stepped up in the second round to lead the Hogs after day one. Galyean, playing on his home course, shot an opening round 74 followed up with a 68 in the second round to put him in a tie for 15th-place at 142.
Lile, who had previously led the Razorbacks in every tournament that they played in this year, sits in a tie for 19th at 143 shooting 68 and 75 for the day. Redshirt freshman Adam Wing also sits in 19th at 143 shooting a 72 and a 71 for the day.
Rounding out the rest of the Razorback line-up is sophomore Drew Higginbothom in 55th place at 148 (73-75) and Ryan Blagg in a tie for 88th at 159.
The Razorbacks will compete in the final round of the tournament on Sunday.
