Hogs Finish 15th at the Hootie at Bulls Bay
AWENDAW, S.C. – The Arkansas men’s golf team finished 15th at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate Golf Tournament on Tuesday afternoon at the 7,261-yard, par-71 Bulls Bay Golf Club.
The Razorbacks fired a 10-over-par 294 during the final round to finish at 42-over-par 894. Baylor and Wake Forest tied for the team title at 12-under-par 840 with Florida State third at 7-under-par 845.
Andrew Landry led the way for the Razorbacks with a 1-over-par 72 on Tuesday and finished tied for 31st overall at 4-over-par 217.
Freshman Frederico Colombo fell from a tie from 42nd place after round two to a tie for 58th position after a 5-over-par 76 in the final round for a three-day total of 224. Dalton Owens turned in his best round of the tournament with a 1-over-par 72 to finish tied for 68th at 13-over-par 226.
Stephen Cox finished tied for 71st with a 3-over-par 74 on Tuesday and 15-over 229 for the tournament. Jason Cuthbertson rounded out the scoring for the Hogs with a 79 in the final round for a 233 total.
