FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas’ men’s tennis team is playing host to the individual-draw Razorback Classic this weekend with matches taking place at both the George M. Billingsley Center and the Dills Indoor Stadium.

“This is going to be a good event and we’re looking forward to it,” UA head coach Robert Cox says. “For the guys we’re playing, it’s a chance for them to see what they can do. This will help decide who plays where in our lineup.”
Cox is playing seniors Taylor King and Bradwin Williams, junior Nick Spinazze and sophomore Nikolas Zogaj.
All four saw action in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth spots in the singles lineup last year.
Spinazze was 7-9, Zogaj 5-8, King 4-10 and Williams 6-18. All four are making their first appearance of the 2009-10 season.
There is no team scoring, but the four Razorbacks are playing against South Dakota State’s blue team at noon on Friday.
Other first-round matchups have TJC’s black squad facing SDSU’s gold lineup, UMKC blue against TJC gold and Oklahoma State against UMKC gold. Tulsa has a bye. At 4:30, UMKC gold plays TJC gold and Arkansas plays UMKC blue.
