NORMAN, Okla. – Beginning Thursday, Oklahoma University is hosting the men’s tennis ITA Central Region Championship with Arkansas sending several student-athletes to compete.

Razorbacks Mike Nott, Taj Harrison, Hall Fess and Nick Spinazze are competing in the qualifying draw commencing Thursday at 8 a.m. Each player must win a minimum of three matches to advance to the main draw, which begins Friday morning.

Last weekend these four players participated in the RazorRacket Classic with four other teams in Fayetteville. They each competed in four doubles and four singles matches over the weekend.

"We are excited to play," said head coach Robert Cox. "Hopefully we will be able to use all of the things we’ve learned over the fall and put them to good use this weekend."

The main draw will begin on Friday morning. Participating for the Razorbacks will be Michael Nott, Chris Nott, Matt Hogan, Nick Zogaj, Gregoire Lehmann and Mike Ward.
