Kushner Makes Top 25 Moran Qualifies for Finals

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Canada – University of Arkansas sophomore diver Brieanne Kushner finished 24th on the one-meter springboard at the Canadian Senior National Diving Championships and Commonwealth Games Trials, Friday, Jan. 27.

Kushner missed the final with her score of 180.70 but former Lady Razorback Mandy Moran is in third place going into the final round with a score of 243.30.

Moran also finished third in the three-meter synchronized diving event with her partner Martha Dale. The duo recorded a score of 267.60 in the preliminary round. Moran was a three-time all-American while at Arkansas and she completed her eligibility in 2004.

Kushner and Moran compete again Sunday, Jan. 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the three-meter springboard event.
