Lady'Backs face Kentucky in rematch at SEC Tournament

FAYETTEVILLE — The University of Arkansas faces Kentucky in a re-match of Sunday afternoon’s contest at noon in the first round of the Southeastern Conference Volleyball Tournament, the league office announced. Arkansas (19-11, 11-5) enters the weekend as the fourth seed overall meeting No. 5 Kentucky. Top-seeded Florida meets No. 8 Georgia at 2:30 p.m. followed by No. 2 Tennessee versus No. 7 Mississippi State in the Bulldogs first SEC Tournament appearance at 5:30 p.m. Host and sixth-seeded Alabama hosts No. 3 LSU at 7:30 p.m., in the final match of the first day. The winners of each match move on to Saturday in the single-elimination tournament with the second round winners meeting in the championship match Sunday. The SEC Tournament winner receives an automatic bid to the 2005 NCAA Tournament.
