Lewis Nunn rally in final round

Jump to results FAYETTEVILLE — University of Arkansas golfers Stacy Lewis and Lucy Nunn stepped up with even par 72s in the final round of the UCF Invitational in Grand Cypress, Fla., Tuesday. The duo helped the 25th-ranked Lady Razorbacks to a 10th-place finish against the tough field with a final round 304 (312-312-304) for a 928. "Stacy and Lucy played great golf today," said Arkansas assistant coach Shauna Estes. "Both were really focused and were able to fight through some tough spots to finish well for us." Lewis finished tied for 15th overall with a 225 (76-77-72) while Nunn tied for 29th overall with a 229 (79-78-72). Alex Schulte and Kristin Ingram both finished with final round 80s with Schulte tying for 46th with a 236 (78-78-80). Ingram was 54 with a 238 (79-79-80). Junior Whitney Sylvan rounded out the Arkansas scores with 251 (85-85-81) to finish 69th. Fourth-ranked Duke won the event finishing four under with an 860 (289-284-287), followed by top-ranked Georgia with an 886 (305-290-291). Number three Pepperdine tied No. 6 Vanderbilt for third with an 898, while No. 15 Florida rounded out the top five with a 907.
