30-Kill Club
With her 30-kill performance against LSU, junior Pilar Victoria became the seventh Razorback in program history to reach the milestone figure, and the first to do so since Kelli Stipanovich had 30 kills against Oral Roberts during the 2011 season. Victoria is also the second player in program history to post 30 kills against LSU, joining Krystal Osborne who registered 33 kills against the Tigers in 1995. Victoria and Osborne are the only Razorback to reach the 30-kill mark in a road match. The Arkansas record of 37 kills was set by Yarleen Santiago against Ole Miss in 1998.

Closing Time
How have the Razorbacks won their last three matches, all of which have come down to a decisive fifth set? Part of the answer can be found in the team’s offensive execution in the race to 15 points in the final set. In Wednesday’s win against LSU, the Razorbacks registered a .632 hitting percentage in the fifth set. Collectively, Arkansas hit .394 with just six attack errors in the fifth set of its last three wins.

Arkansas returns to Barnhill Arena on Oct. 4 for their SEC home opener against fifth-ranked Florida.
