University of Arkansas head men’s basketball coach Mike Anderson met with the media on Monday to preview the Razorbacks’ Wednesday night Southeastern Conference game against the Tennessee Volunteers.
The Razorbacks travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for another tough SEC road game and are looking to make a move in the SEC standings with a good road victory.
Anderson talked about how he was impressed with the way that Tennessee has played of late and about how they have stayed true to what they do best. He also discussed the job that Tennessee Coach Couonzo Martin has done this year and how it was important for Arkansas to get off to a good start. He then answered questions from the media about winning on the road, the availability of Michael Sanchez, Tennessee’s front court and Razorback freshman Rashad Madden.
The Razorbacks and Volunteers tip off at 7 p.m. central on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
