University of Arkansas head men’s basketball coach Mike Anderson met with the media on Tuesday to preview the Razorbacks’ Thursday evening Southeastern Conference game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
The Razorbacks take on the Crimson Tide at Bud Walton Arena looking to regain the swagger that led them to a 17-game home winning streak.
Anderson talked about how the Razorbacks were just a couple of stops away from winning in Tuscaloosa earlier this year, how important the experience of guard Trevor Relaford is to the Alabama game plan and how he expects Alabama to come to Bud Walton Arena ready to compete. He then answered questions from the media about Alabama’s pair of seven-footers, the health of Michael Sanchez, Arkansas defense over the past couple of games as well as the importance of finishing the season strong.
The Razorbacks and Razorbacks tip off at 6 p.m. central on Thursday, Feb. 23.
