FAYETTEVILLE — Mike’d Up, the weekly radio show dedicated to University of Arkansas basketball, continues tonight at 7 p.m. at Sassy’s Red House in Fayetteville.
The one-hour program, which begins its second season at Sassy’s, gives fans an opportunity to interact with Razorback coaches and players while also getting an opportunity to learn more about the personalities that they witness on the court.
Hosted by Chuck Barrett, the program features interviews with associate head coach Melvin Watkins in place of head coach Mike Anderson. Fans in attendance will also have an opportunity to ask Coach Watkins their own questions.
With the Razorbacks holding an 15-8 record and riding their first SEC win streak after a win at Vanderbilt Saturday, tonight’s show will feature associate head coach Melvin Watkins and seniors Rickey Scott Jr.and Mardracus Wade. Scott is averaging 3.1 ppg over 17 appearances, as well as dishing out 22 assists. Wade had a particularly impressive game at Vanderbilt, with a season high 11 points on 3-of-5 and two steals.

Mike’d Up can be heard across the Razorback Sports Network from IMG College across the state. The 12-show schedule will continue Feb. 17, 24 and March 3.
