FAYETTEVILLE -There are many events surrounding Saturday’s home finale against Mississippi State from War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. The game is set for a 2:30 p.m. start with a national broadcast on CBS.

Saturday’s game is being sponsored by Onebanc. The AT&T Fan Zone, which is located on the north side of War Memorial Stadium, is set to open at 11:30 a.m. The team is scheduled to arrive on the northwest corner of the stadium at 12:15 p.m., and a pep rally will be held in the AT&T Fan Zone at 12:45 p.m. Tusk IV is set to be parked outside of Gate 11 beginning at 11:30 a.m. Madre Hill, the A Club honorary captain, and country music star Joe Nichols will sign autographs from approximately 1-1:45 p.m. in the AT&T Fan Zone.

The weekend festivities begin Friday with the RazorRock pep rally featuring the Razorback band and Arkansas cheerleaders and mascots. Former Razorbacks Anthony Lucas and Blake Eddins will be featured speakers for the pep rally, which begins at 4:45 p.m. at the food court on the lower level of Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock.

Friday evening, the Arkansas men’s basketball team plays Houston at Verizon Arena in North Little Rock beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets for the basketball game are still available and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or the Verizon Arena Box Office.

War Memorial Stadium Information Fans are reminded that artificial noisemakers, large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside War Memorial Stadium. Full War Memorial Stadium policies and procedures, including gate and ticket pick-up information, can be found on the stadium’s website at WMStadium.com. Per SEC policy, once a guest leaves the stadium, they will not be permitted re-entry.

Texting Service The University of Arkansas’ Athletics Department will provide a fan text messaging service inside War Memorial Stadium. The service allows fans to communicate directly with event management personnel in important security and guest issue situations. Fans needing assistance should text HOGS your issue and location to 69050. Standard text message rates and other charges may apply. Razorback fans are reminded that they also can contact the nearest usher or security personnel, or stop by the nearest guest services location to report an issue.
