SAC Relays in Torrance, California. Head coach Lance Harter’s distance squad will be in action April 13-15.

Thursday’s 5,000-meter run will be contested by a host of Hogs including Sydney Brown, Abby Gray, Valerie Reina, Regan Ward and Taylor Werner. Werner currently holds the best Razorback time at that distance of the season, off her performance of 16 minutes, 26.52 seconds at the Stanford Invitational earlier this spring.

Day one of competition will also see All-American steeplechaser Devin Clark take on her signature event, scheduled to compete in arduous 3,000-meter steeplechase at 7:20 p.m. CT. Clark’s freshman campaign saw the talented distance runner transition seamlessly from straight racing to dominating barriers, capturing conference, NCAA and national (USA track and field) recognition for her efforts.

Middle distance All-Americans Therese Haiss and Nikki Hiltz will headline a group of Razorbacks entered in Friday’s 1,500, potentially joined by Clark, Kailee Sawyer, Carina Viljoen, Ward and Werner.
