Pregame Concert in the Gardens Before Kentucky Game

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Gardens at The University of Arkansas will be the place to be before the football game this Saturday. The Razorbacks will host the Kentucky Wildcats at 5 p.m. at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN2. Phil McGarrah with Runnin on Empty and Avenu will kick off the fun with a pregame concert in the Gardens, just south of the stadium. Runnin On Empty is a local NW Arkansas band fronted by ROE Recording artist Phil McGarrah. Mr. McGarrah has already released one album and is currently working on his second. Former American Idol contestant Brock Short fronts Avenu. Short was invited to Hollywood to compete with 100 other finalists before being eliminated from American Idol. The concert in the Gardens will begin at noon and is brought to you by Clear Channel Radio, AT&T, and the University of Arkansas.
