#ProHogs Preview: Week 13

Here are three NFL games featuring #ProHogs to watch in Week 13 of the NFL season.

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills | Sunday, Dec. 3 | 12:00 p.m. | CBS

The two #ProHog defensive linemen on the Patriots continue to show out this season. Last week, Trey Flowers had four tackles, two sacks for 16 yards, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits and one forced fumble. Flowers leads Patriot defensive linemen with 46 total tackles this season, which ranks tied for sixth in the NFL among defensive linemen. He is one of six defensive linemen in the league who has 40-plus tackles, at least 6.0 sacks and multiple forced fumbles. He ranks tied for fifth with 33 solo stops.

Despite just having one tackle last week, Deatrich Wise is having an impressive rookie campaign. Wise has played in all 11 games this season, earning two starts. He has 17 total tackles, including three sacks and one pass deflection.

Cleveland Browns at Los Angeles Chargers | Sunday, Dec. 3 | 3:05 p.m. | CBS

Last week, Chargers’ tight end Hunter Henry pulled in five receptions for 76 yards and one touchdown. Henry is 13th among NFL tight ends with 420 yards receiving. He is averaging 13.5 yards per catch which ranks third among NFL tight ends with at least 30 receptions. The Browns defense against tight end this season is less than stellar. It is last in receptions (67), tied for last in touchdowns (9) and tied for 25th with 621 receiving yards.

When Henry is targeted, the Chargers do well.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals | Monday, Dec. 4 | 7:30 p.m. | ESPN

Chris Smith recorded three tackles, one-half sack for a loss of 4.5 yards, one quarterback hit and one pass deflection last week. He has 22 tackles this season, including multiple stops in four of the last five games.  He also has at least one-half sack in two of the last three games.

Roster Updates
The Miami Dolphins claimed tight end A.J. Derby off of waivers after being let go by the Denver Broncos. Veteran running back Darren McFadden retired from the game on Tuesday, following being waived by the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
