Former Arkansas pitcher Dallas Keuchel continues to build his case for the AL Cy Young Award, improving to 17-6 on Sunday with a victory over the Minnesota Twins.
He became the first American League pitcher to win 17 games and improved to 13-0 at home with a 1.49 ERA. Keuchel won his 14th consecutive decision at Minute Maid Park to set a club-record.
