#ProHogs Week 15 Schedule

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The NFL playoffs continue to come into better focus as Week 15 kicks off Thursday night with the Seattle Seahawks (8-4-1) and Los Angeles Rams (4-9) on NBC and NFL Network (7:25 p.m.).

Former Razorback Alex Collins look to build on the best game of his young career as he set career highs in attempts and yards, rushing seven times for 23 yards in the Seahawks’ 38-10 loss at Green Bay last Sunday.

Looking ahead to the weekend slate, almost every matchup carries some playoff implications. Two of those matchups, both scheduled for kick-off at 3:25 p.m. on CBS, are of particular interest for Razorback fans.

AFC West rivals Oakland (10-3) and San Diego (5-8) will battle in a matchup featuring Denver Kirkland (Oakland), who has started four games this season, and Hunter Henry (San Diego), who leads all rookie tight ends with six touchdown catches.

Trey Flowers (New England) and A.J. Derby (Denver) were two teammates for two season sat Arkansas and then they were teammates again in New England, before Derby was traded to the Broncos for a fifth-round pick earlier this season.

Now, both Flowers and Derby figure prominently in the the playoff push for both of their respective teams. The Patriots (11-2) are one game ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders for the best record in the AFC, while the Broncos (8-5) remain in the thick of the wild-card race.

Flowers has 5.0 sacks over his last six games, including multi-sack games against Buffalo during Week 8 and Seattle during Week 10. He added to that total with his fifth sack in a 30-23 win over Baltimore last Sunday.

Since joining the Broncos, Derby has hauled in 12 passes for 125 yards, his first career receptions in the NFL, including career highs of five receptions for 57 yards in a 13-10 loss at Tennessee last Sunday.

McFadden Activated To Cowboys Roster

Earlier this week, the Dallas Cowboys activated Darren McFadden from the non-football injury list. The former Razorback standout had missed the first 13 games of the season due to an elbow injury suffered during the offseason. He returned to practice last month, but it remains to be seen how he fits into a running back rotation with Ezekiel Elliott, the NFL’s leading rusher.

McFadden led the Cowboys with 1,089 rushing yards last season, and he also topped 1,000 yards, rushing for 1,157 yards in 2010 with the Oakland Raiders. McFadden and Cowboys will battle the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Sunday night’s primetime game on NBC (7:30 p.m.). The matchup features the league’s best team, Dallas (11-2), and the league’s hottest team, Tampa Bay (8-5), riding a league-best five-game win streak.
