All agents who contact University of Arkansas student-athletes or their families shall be registered and in compliance with the State of Arkansas statute governing sports agents.
All agents shall be aware of and in compliance with all NCAA, SEC, and University of Arkansas rules and policies pertaining to agents and amateurism.
All agents are prohibited from the following areas: locker, training, and weight rooms, team planes and buses; residence hall rooms and student-athlete apartments; training table meal venues, player hotel rooms, and team practice areas not open to the general public.
An individual’s status as an agent or an employee of an agent will supersede his status as a former Razorback and therefore must abide by all University of Arkansas policies regarding agents.
All agents shall notify the University of Arkansas Compliance Office before they arrive on campus.
Agents who violate state law, NCAA or SEC rules, or University of Arkansas policies will be asked to cease recruitment of University of Arkansas student-athletes and when appropriate will be reported to the State Attorney General’s Office, the NCAA or the Southeastern Conference.
All agents must be registered with the University of Arkansas Athletic Department.
University of Arkansas coaches are prohibited from provided sports agents complimentary tickets to UA sporting events.
All shoe and apparel representatives who contact University of Arkansas student-athletes and their families shall be registered with the University of Arkansas Men’s Athletics Compliance office.
