Q School goes into day three

DAYTONA, BEACH, Fla. – University of Arkansas women’s golf coach Shauna Estes-Taylor is helping a pair of former Razorbacks through the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament in Daytona Beach, Fla., this week.

Estes-Taylor is on the bag for former Razorback Lucy Nunn, a Lawton, Okla., native. Nunn posted a 78 in Friday’s round and is in the clubhouse with a 230. She is tied for 94th in the 120-player field.

Former Razorback Kristin Ingram is also at the event. Ingram opened with a 72 and added a 77 Thursday and a 78 Friday for 227. She is tied for 82nd overall.

Play continues through the weekend with the top players earning LPGA Tour Cards.

The Razorback women’s golf team is in the midst of final exams but returns to the practice tees in preparation for the spring schedule. Arkansas travels to Parrish, Fla., for the Central District Invitational Feb. 21-22, when play resumes.
