MR: Who is the teammate who has made the most positive impact on you since arriving in Fayetteville?
AL: Matt Harris and Michael Smith. Matt has helped me learn the system and Michael has introduced me to the town and taken me under his wing. We’re both from Florida so it was a given that we would get along so well.
MR: What made you choose Arkansas over the other programs that were recruiting you?
AL: Overall it is just a good program. I like the direction it is headed and Coach Petrino and Coach Robinson are great coaches. Also, the SEC is so competitive so that played a huge role in my decision.
MR: What is your favorite part about game day?
AL: Everything about it. All the hype, coming down the Hog Walk, running through the tunnel, getting on to the field and the crowd being so loud. I love it.
MR: Who was your sports role model as a child?
AL: Deion Sanders and Michael Jordan.
MR: What is your major and what do you plan to do after graduation?
AL: I am a sociology/business major. I want to have my own business, either a clothing line or my own restaurant.
MR: Do you have any game day rituals?
AL: Listening to music is my big thing. Listening to Jay-Z and 50 Cent gets my hyped!
MR: Has your family been to a game yet? If so, how’d that feel?
AL: They’ve been to every game but one. It always feel good to play for my family. I want to entertain them and do my best.
MR: What would be the perfect tailgating meal?
MR: If you could watch any college game day what would it be?
AL: Miami vs. Florida State.
MR: Besides football, what is something else you have a passion for?
AL: Music and basketball.
MR: If you could use one word to describe yourself, what would it be?
MR: What is your nickname?
AL: Juice. It was given to me when I was five and it has just stuck with me.
