High expectations only fueled Emily Tubert’s sophomore season at Arkansas and the Burbank, Calif., native did not disappoint. Tubert picked up her second First-Team All-America, First-Team All-SEC and National Golf Coaches Association All-Scholar team honors in 2012. She paced the team to the program’s 10th NCAA Regional Championship and the team’s fifth NCAA Championship as a sophomore. Tubert led Arkansas with a 72.50 stroke average and shot 0.77 versus par in 2011-12. She had four rounds in the 60’s and 14 rounds of par or better. Tubert finished her season as the top-ranked player in the SEC and the second-ranked collegiate player in the country as a sophomore.
