Razorback Netters Travel to Southern Intercollegiate

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The second week of the fall season finds the Arkansas men’s tennis team at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships in Athens, Ga. The Razorbacks will be represented by Christopher Nott, Tyler Tarnasky and Bradwin Williams during the event which begins Friday.

Williams, playing in the Division II singles bracket, will take on Scott Collins of Wofford in the round of 64. The sophomore Razorback competed last weekend at the Navy Invitational where he went 3-0 in singles play and was named the Flight 2 champion.

Nott and Tarnasky will be making their playing debuts as Razorbacks. Nott is pitted against Duke’s Chris Price in the round of 64 in Division II singles play. Playing in the Division III singles bracket, Tarnasky will face the winner of the match between Eduardo Pinto (Virginia Tech) and Joe Veeder (USC).

In the Division II doubles bracket, Nott and Tarnasky will play Richard Cahi and Christopher Williams of Wofford in the opening round.
