Razorbacks Set Sights on South Carolina Gameco
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Fresh off a non-conference win, the Arkansas Razorbacks took the practice fields on Tuesday in preparation for Saturday’s upcoming game against the Gamecocks of South Carolina.

“We came inside today because it’s wet,” Nutt said. “We got some good work in. The guys bounced around and were really focused today especially on offense. I appreciate their sense of urgency. I think they realize that we’re going against a really good defense and they have to block.”

In response to the penalties in last week’s game, the coaching staff wanted to get the team’s attention on Tuesday.

“They really did [give us their attention],” Nutt said. “When the yellow flag goes down it’s so easy for someone to say, ‘I didn’t do it.’ The bottom line is you did do it if they say you did and it counts against us. We’ve never had that many penalties. So, we’re going to correct that.”

Tony Bua, Clarke Moore and Jeb Huckeba all three practiced on Tuesday. Nutt expects them to play in this weekend’s game.

The Razorbacks travel to Columbia, S.C., this weekend to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks with an 11:30 am, central time, kickoff to be televised by Jefferson Pilot Sports.
