Razorbacks Finish Competition at UNLV Tournament

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – In the semifinals of the Rebel Classic Men’s Tennis Tournament in Las Vegas, junior Connor Smith fell to Fresno State’s Siddharth Alapati, 4-6, 6-4, 6-1, in flight-two action at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

The junior was looking for his first appearance in a singles final of the season. He reached and won the doubles final of the Gamecock Invitational with partner Drew Sosebee.

Freshman Nick Spinazze rebounded from a main-draw loss Friday to defeat Rony Yeghnazary of UNLV in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, in consolation play.

Taylor King dropped a tight two setter to Matt Carroll of Fresno Pacific, 6-4, 7-5.
