2015 TV/Broadcast Schedule

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – As part of its 2015 schedule, the University of Arkansas softball team will play seven games in front of a national television audience. Five of those television broadcasts will be played on the Razorbacks’ home field at Bogle Park. With the addition of SEC Network+ stream events, 29 of Arkansas’ games this season will be available to fans either on television or online.

Six of the Razorbacks’ television game will be aired by the SEC Network while the middle game of the Arkansas-Alabama series will be carried live on ESPNU. The rest of Arkansas’ TV slate features games against LSU (March 8), Texas (March 15 &16), Georgia (March 22) and Mississippi State (April 5 & 6). All streamed events will be shown through SEC Network+ which is available through the ESPN3 or the WatchESPN app.

Arkansas, under the direction of sixth-year head coach Mike Larabee, begins its season Feb. 6 at the FAU Kick-Off Classic in Boca Raton, Fla. The three-day opener will feature the Razorbacks taking on Penn State, Florida Atlantic, Long Island, Kansas and Georgia Tech. Arkansas’ home opener is slated for Feb. 20 with day one of the Razorback Invitational.

The Razorbacks return 11 letterwinners including nine starters from last year’s team. Arkansas will be headed by its four-player senior class of Sierra Bronkey, Kasey Fagan, Megan Pearson and Devon Wallace. Fagan and Wallace were NFCA All-South Region performers in 2014. The program also welcomes in 12 newcomers for the 2015 campaign.

More than 50 games across the conference are slated for the new network and a total of 76 across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and SEC Network. The additional games will increase SEC softball’s television coverage with more than three times more nationally televised matchups than in previous years.
