FAYETTEVILLE — This year’s Red-White Spring Game will be broadcast in high definition by CST, it was announced Friday.
The Red-White Spring Game annually wraps up the Razorbacks’ spring practices and this year gives fans their first chance to see head coach Bret Bielema in action. Last season, 45,250 fans attended the game, which broke the UA spring game attendance record for the second straight season. The game, which begins at 2 p.m., will be played inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and is free to attend.
CST HD is available on channel 2119 on Cox systems in Arkansas, and Cox Advanced TV with Sports & Information tier is required. The game also will be available outside the CST viewing area on ESPN3.com and carried on the Razorback Sports Network throughout the state.
Prior to the Red-White Spring Game, Champions for Kids will have free activities open for the public beginning at 10 a.m. in Lot 44 and throughout the East and South concourses of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. The Champions for Kids event includes fun zone, games, music, mascots, giveaways and an autograph session with many Razorback greats.
Arkansas opens the 2013 season Aug. 31 against UL-Lafayette in Fayetteville. For season ticket information for the 2013 Razorback Football season, contact the UA Ticket Office at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647).
