FAYETTEVILLE – University of Arkansas senior student Andrew Reynolds joins the Razorback women’s basketball radio broadcasts for the 2010-11 season.
Reynolds is a senior majoring in broadcast journalism at Arkansas. He takes over the play-by-play duties this season.
Reynolds, a Sherwood, Ark., native, began his career with the Razorbacks in the Media Relations Office. His three years of Athletic Department experience include serving as the play-by-play announcer at soccer, volleyball and softball. He has also provided the public address services at those events as well as at swimming, gymnastics and track and field to name a few.
In addition, Reynolds provides graphic design services assisting with the creation of several printed and electronic pieces for all 19 sports at Arkansas.
The 2010-11 season marks the 22nd consecutive year of complete season broadcasts for the women’s basketball team. For the third year, the games on the Razorback Sports Network through Razorback Sports Properties.
This year’s affiliates include: Fayetteville KUOA-FM 105.3; Fort Smith KHGG-FM 103.1; Little Rock KABZ-FM 103.7; Northwest Arkansas KAKS 99.5.

The Razorback women’s basketball team hosts Missouri Southern in an exhibition game Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m., followed by the season opener against Florida A&M Nov. 12, at 11:30 a.m.
