Set season and lifetime bests in the 200 free (1:48.71), 500 free (4:42.91), 1000 free (10:10.38), 1650 free (16:26.63) and the 200 fly (2:02.91) … lifetime best in the 200 free at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational was good enough for an eighth place finish … earned a spot in the B finals of the 2016 SEC Championships in the 500 free, where she placed 9th with a time of 4:42.91 … had a 13th place finish at the SEC Championships in the 1650 free (16:26.63) … won the 1000 free in the Kentucky dual meet with a time of 10:10.38 … lowered 400M free (LCM) record at AT&T Winter Nationals in Seattle with a time of 4:15.69 … semifinalist at Australian Olympic Trials … fourth in 1500 free at Australian Olympic Trials … NCAA B cuts in 500 free and mile … won B finals, putting her eighth overall.
Sophomore (2014-15)
Completed the season as the leader of the distance freestyle corps … capped her season at the SEC Championships where she posted a career-best 500 freestyle time (4:45.53) … earned a spot in the B finals of the 500 freestyle at the SEC Championships, where she claimed 16th place … swam to a 19th-place finish in the 1,650 freestyle at the SEC Championships … claimed third in the 500 freestyle against Florida with a time of 5:01.25, good for then-No. 6 in the Nation (Oct. 2) … registered a second-place finish in the 500 freestyle (5:00.74) against Texas A&M … grabbed a third-place finish in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:17.99 against the Aggies … swept both individual events in the 1,000 (10:10.46) and 500 freestyle (4:58.27) for her first event wins of the season against Missouri … snagged a second-place finish in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 10:24.35 at Nebraska … took ninth in the 500 freestyle (4:51.64) at the Georgia Tech Invitational … placed sixth in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 16:37.42 at the Georgia Tech Invite … claimed first place in the 1,000 free at Vanderbilt (10:14.92), against Missouri State (10:13.89) and at Kansas (10:13.31).
Freshman (2013-14)
Joined the Razorbacks in the spring … at the 2014 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships, Lister swam season-best times in the 200 freestyle (1:49.38), 500 freestyle (4:46.41), 1000 freestyle (9:59.49) and 1650 freestyle (16:30.34) … swam a NCAA ‘B’ cut and shaved off 32.32 seconds off her previous record in the 1650 freestyle (16:30.34) at the SEC Championships … snagged a fourth-place finish in the 200 Freestyle (1:53.76) in the Kansas, Vanderbilt double dual … swam a NCAA ‘B’ cut time of 4:47.30 in the prelims of the 500 freestyle at the Bulldog Invitational Last Chance meet and went on to place third in event’s finals (4:48.18).
High School/Club
Lister swam for the Academy Swimming Club under coach Dick Orbell and accrued many honors in her time there, including breaking her school record in the 50 freestyle … participated in the 2012 National Age Swimming Championships in Brisbane, Australia, and the Energy Australia National Open Swimming Championships, which served as the Olympic selection trials … placed second at the 2012 National Sport Swimming Championships in the 200 freestyle, second in the 400 freestyle and second in the 800 freestyle … won silver medals in the 400 and 800 freestyle races at the 2012 McDonald’s Queensland Long Course Championships … won gold medals at the 2012 Queensland State School Championships in the 800 freestyle, 400 freestyle, 200 freestyle in addition to earning a bronze medal in the 100 freestyle … participated in the 2011 National Age Swimming Championships in Adelaide, Australia … ranked fourth in the 400 freestyle at the 2011 National Sport Swimming Championships… … won gold medals in the 800 and 400 freestyles and earned a bronze medal in the 200 freestyle at the 2011 McDonald’s Queensland Short Course Championships … swam at the 2011 Queensland State School Championships, won her the gold medal in the 400 freestyle and also earned her a silver in the 200 freestyle … was the 2012-13 Girls Open Champion and the 2012-13 Simon Trophy Champion Record Breaker … was named Outstanding Female Swimmer of the Year in 2011 and 2012 … was also a member of the cross country team.
