Second on the team with 13 multi-hit games…tied career high with three hits against UMass Lowell (Feb. 12) and IUPUI (March 4)…game-winning RBI single in seventh inning of a 4-3 win over No. 5 Texas A&M (April 16)…opened the scoring in a 5-2 win at Saint Louis (March 22) with a two-run shot in the fourth inning…tied career high with three RBIs in game two of doubleheader against UMKC (March 7)…went 2-for-3 in first round of the SEC Tournament against No. 16 Alabama…started all 55 games of the season at first base…third in the SEC with 454 putouts.

NFCA All-South Region Second Team…Schutt Sport/NFCA Division I National Freshman of the Year Top 25 watch list…led team with .331 batting average, 12 home runs, 41 RBI, 17 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI games…tied for 14th in SEC in home runs…second freshman in program history (with Devon Wallace) to hit 10+ home runs…first Razorback freshman to reach 40 RBI in a single season…hit five of 12 home runs against ranked opponents (No. 12 Texas A&M, No. 23 Nebraska and three against No. 16 Tennessee)…tied school record with an 18-game hitting streak…carried a .980 fielding percentage at first base…had a hand in 17 of Arkansas’ 25 double plays…finished 13th in the SEC with 291 putouts.
Diaz was a three-time Mission Valley Mission League MVP for South El Monte High School in California and helped the Eagles to league titles in 2012 and 2013. Individually, she had a pair of All-CIF and all-area honors to her credit. Diaz had 27 home runs and 127 RBI with a .551 batting average and 1.126 slugging percentage in the first three year of her prep career. She broke the South El Monte school records in home runs, RBI and multi-hit games and tied the school mark for runs scored in a single season. Diaz played travel ball for Corona Angels-Howard and Team Mizuno-Stith.
