Made her collegiate debut on uneven bars, scoring a 9.725 in the event at UCLA on Jan. 7… Made her season debut on vault against Missouri on Jan. 13 and her season debut on floor exercise at Georgia on Jan. 20… Scored a career-best 9.800 on uneven bars and a season-best 9.750 on vault at Auburn on Feb. 3… Matched her season best with a 9.750 on vault vs. LSU on Feb. 10… Scored a career-best 9.850 on floor exercise at Kentucky on March 3.

As a Freshman (2016)
Was one of two freshman on the Razorbacks (Sydney McGlone) … Floor exercise score counted towards team total in 4-of-8 performances … All seven final floor exercise routines were 9.7 or better … Had one vault score and one balance beam score count towards team total … Notched career highs on vault (9.775) and tied a career high on floor exercise (9.8) at the SEC Championship.

What do you love most about gymnastics? The life lessons that I have learned from it. Gymnastics has taught me the value of determination, hard work and time management, among other things. It has also taught me to be comfortable in my own skin and to never settle for anything less than my best.

What was the best moment of your athletic career? So far it’s signing with the U of A.

What keeps you motivated in and out of the gym? My family and my teammates.

Why did you choose to come to Arkansas? Because of the school atmosphere, the girls who are now my teammates and of course the warm weather.

What’s the best thing about being a Gymback? Having my teammates to talk to and hang out with all the time.

What’s the team’s goal this season? To make Super Six.

What’s your favorite event? Beam, because I love that it poses more of a mental challenge than the other events.

If you could play any other sport, what would it be? Even though it’s not really possible, it would probably be football. My brothers have always played football, and I love playing catch with them and trying to take them down.

Who had the biggest influence in your athletics or in your life? My dance coach when I was little, because she told me I sucked at dance and I should pursue gymnastics.

Who’s your favorite athlete? David Beckham, because he was an amazing soccer player and he’s really hot.

What’s your favorite healthy food? Avocado.

What’s your favorite unhealthy food? Any kind of cookie.

What’s your favorite movie? The Emperor’s New Groove.

What’s your favorite TV show? The Office.

What do you like to do in your free time? Shopping.

What are your plans after graduation? Go to medical school and then pursue a career as an orthopedic surgeon.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Paris, because I’ve always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower in person.

Who’s your favorite musician? Justin Bieber.

What’s your favorite book? The Giver by Lois Lowry.

Can you play any instruments or have any other hidden talents? I’m surprisingly really good at throwing a football.

Do you have any superstitions? I used to have to wear socks that had alpacas on them for every competition, but I don’t have any superstitions anymore.

What would your DJ name be? DJ Mak Attack.

Who would play you in a movie? Amy Schumer, because Syd thinks we have similar personalities.

What reality show would you like to be on? Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

What celebrity would you most like to meet? Beyoncé.

If someone walked into your dorm room, what’s the first thing they would notice? I have a slight obsession with organization and cleanliness.

What’s the best advice you have ever received? Do what makes you happy, no matter what anyone else thinks.
