SEC Baseball Tournament television coverage
FAYETTEVILLE – Fans of the University of Arkansas baseball team and Southeastern Conference baseball will be able to follow the action throughout the 2010 SEC Tournament as every game will be televised. Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) and SportSouth will carry games played Wednesday through Saturday while Sunday’s championship game will be televised by ESPN2. All games will also be streamed live at ESPN3.com.
In the Northwest Arkansas area, games televised by CSS will also be carried by Cox Sports Television (CST – Ch. 119). Contests aired by SportSouth will be carried throughout the state by Fox Sports Southwest. Every game of the SEC Tournament will be broadcast live.
Arkansas’ first-round matchup with Vanderbilt will be televised by CSS and CST (in Arkansas) with Tom Hart and Brian Jordan in the booth handling the play-by-play and color commentary duties. The other CSS broadcast team will feature Matt Stewart and Rusty Ensor. For SportSouth (FSN Southwest in Arkansas) broadcasts, Larry Conley and Dave Neal will have the call of the action. Neal will return to the booth for the championship game alongside Kyle Peterson for ESPN2.
In addition to the television coverage and Arkansas’ radio broadcasts on the Razorback Sports Network from ISP, all games of the SEC Tournament will air nationwide on XM Satellite Radio (Ch. 199) and Sirius (Ch. 214).
Coverage of the tournament begins even before the first round Wednesday as the SEC Digital Network will host an online audio show which will be available at SECSports.com. The broadcast will begin at noon Tuesday during batting practice at Regions Park in Hoover. Eric Sanlnocencio of XOS Digital and Aaron Fitt of Baseball America will host the online show. The broadcast team will also feature former Auburn and New York Yankee pitcher Colter Bean and former Alabama shortstop Nate Duncan. The 2010 All-SEC Team will be debuted during the show.
