FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – A change in weather caused a change in pace for the Razorbacks during their Tuesday workout. In their second workout of the spring, some of the players who sat out on the first day with injuries practiced lightly.Head coach Houston Nutt was pleased with the day’s practice and was anxious to re-convene in a 5:50 a.m. Wednesday morning session.“We came back and had a good second day,” Nutt said. “We corrected some mistakes and our guys moved around and felt better today. We’ll come back at 5:50 in the morning and hit it again. What we’re going to do is see how well we’ll practice and maybe eliminate our other 6 a.m. that we have scheduled.“Defensively, the secondary is moving around. It was good to have the track guys out here. Anytime there is a new coach, there is always the newness, the break-in, getting used to each other and a new technique. The linebackers have probably been the most impressive. The outside guys are still learning. Tony Bua was out here today as was Lerinezo Robinson. The further you go up front, things are changing and there is a lot of learning going on.”The Razorbacks will continue their practices in tomorrow’s workout and practice again on Wednesday and Thursday before letting out for Spring Break.
