KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Arkansas volleyball team closes out its weekend Sunday afternoon with a road match at Tennessee. First serve is scheduled for 12 p.m. (CT) at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville. The Razorbacks enter the matchup with an 11-6 overall record and 4-2 mark in Southeastern Conference play. The match will also be televised by SportSouth and Fox Sports. Dave Baker and Phil Bush will handle the play-by-play and color commentary duties, respectively. Check local listings for channel availability. Sunday’s match against the Lady Vols will be Arkansas’ second television match of the conference season. Arkansas and Tennessee split a pair of matches last season with each winning on the opponent’s home floor. Sunday’s match is the only meeting between the two teams this season. Last year’s win in Knoxville by the Razorbacks was the program’s first since the 2007 season. In the team’s last outing, senior Hayley Koop matched her career high with 15 kills in a four-set loss to Alabama. Defensively, sophomore Summer Morgan and freshman Breana Jones tied for the match lead with six total blocks each while senior libero Emily Helm had a match-high 14 digs. With her defensive efforts against the Crimson Tide, senior Raymariely Santos moved into 12th place on the program’s all-time digs list. In addition to television coverage, Sunday’s match will be also be streamed live on ESPN3.com and broadcast on KXUA 88.3 FM in Fayetteville.
