Allison Wack

Head coach Robert Pulliza announced the hiring of Allison Wack as the program’s Director of Operations in May 2015. Prior to joining the Razorbacks, she spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Northwestern State and was a four-year volleyball letterwinner at the University of Wisconsin from 2007-10. In her role as director of volleyball operations, Wack will be responsible for handling daily team functions and coordinating team travel.

As a graduate assistant at Northwestern State in 2012 and 2013, Wack helped lead the team to a combined overall record of 41-25 and a Southland Conference record of 27-9 and was part of the program’s first back-to-back 20-win seasons. The Lady Demons also made an appearance in the league tournament championship match in 2013. Wack also coached her student-athletes to seven All-SLC accolades.

During her playing career, Wack was part of Wisconsin’s 2007 NCAA Tournament team and led the team with 369 points, 320 kills and 28 service aces during her senior season. She reached double-digit kills in 39 matches including a career-high performance of 25 kills against Iowa; she finished time at Wisconsin with 888 career kills. In addition to her success on the court, Wack was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten performer.

A native of Salem, Wis., she is the daughter of Marty and Michelle Wack and has two siblings, Nate and Jocelyn. She and Jocelyn played alongside each other at Wisconsin in 2007. Among her prep accolades, Wack was the 2003 PrepVolleyball National High School Freshman of the Year and was a top-50 recruit out of Westosha Central High School. In 2006-07, she was the Gatorade State (Wis.) Player of the Year.
