ATM Machines ATM Machines are NOT available in the HPER Building. The closest ATM machines are located in the Arkansas Union off of Stadium Drive near the Parking Deck.
Camera Policy Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the University of Arkansas Natatorium. Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses and video cameras are prohibited inside the Natatorium.
Concessions There are no concession stands in the Arkansas Natatorium. There are vending machines located on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Directions Directions to University of Arkansas Natatorium in the HPER Building The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 540 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (Sixth Street) and 63 (Weddington Road). The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Sixth Street (Martin Luther King Blvd) on the South.
Disability Seating Disabled guests should enter the HPER Building through the 1st or 3rd level entry. Disabled parking is available on Stadium Drive and in parking lot #67. Guests entering the third level will be on the same level as the balcony. Guests entering the 1st level should navigate to the center of the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Wheelchair spaces are located in the balcony.
Evacuation In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event management personnel and ushers will assist directing fans to the appropriate exits.
Exiting after the Competition Guests will leave the facilities via the main doors located on the 3rd or 1st level. Guests are not permitted on the pool deck.
Fan Code of Conduct Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.
First Aid Patrons seeking First Aid should be directed to the HPER Building Service Center (Room 205), located on the 2nd floor across from the Service Center.
Game Day Policies Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the natatorium will not be tolerated and can result in ejection. UA policy prohibits anyone from entering the natatorium’s pool deck without proper credentials. Arkansas Natatorium (HPER) Doors Open and Locations Doors to the HPER building will be open 45 minutes prior to the start of each meet. DOORS 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level Doors to the HPER Building can be accessed from Parking Lots 67, 59 or Stadium Drive. Guests are strongly discouraged from entering the HPER Natatorium from Meadow Street. Guests will be denied entry and re-routed to the 1st or 3rd level entry. Guests will access the Natatorium from the 3rd level balcony entrance. ELEVATORS Elevators are located in the center of the building at all levels of the building.
Lost Children Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation.
Lost & Found During the meet you may check with the HPER Service Center located on the 2nd floor of the Natatorium.
Merchandise & Game Programs Razorback merchandise will be sold at two home meets this year (Saturday, October 24 — FL/KS and Saturday, January 30 — Utah). Merchandise will be sold on the 3rd floor near spectator seating. Programs for each home competition will be available free of charge to fans in the spectator seating sections.
Paging and Announcements The public address system is used for meet related information and emergency announcements only. In the event of an emergency in which guests attending the meet must be located, notify an event management personnel with the request.
Parking Lot 67 off of Meadow Street between Razorback Road and Stadium Drive is available to fans free of charge after 5 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Parking is also available in Lot 67 at the metered locations for weekday events before 5 p.m.
Prohibited Items Except for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, and large purses are prohibited. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.
The following items are NOT permitted in RAZORBACK ATHLETIC FACILITIES: – Alcoholic beverages – Animals (except service animals) – Baby seats – Baby strollers – Backpacks or any large bags – Banners, signs – Beach Balls – Cameras (professional equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses) – Coolers or containers – Explosives – Folding chairs or stools – Food and beverages – Ice chest – Laser pointers – Noisemakers of any type (i.e. bells, horns, whistles, etc.) – Pets (with exception of service animals used by disabled guests) – Personal heaters – Stadium seats with armrests and/or over 16 inches wide – Umbrellas – Video cameras
Radios/Televisions Single speaker radios with ear phones and hand-held televisions are allowed into the natatorium as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game.
Security Cameras For the safety of all fans and for the enforcement of security personnel, security cameras are utilized in the HPER Building. These cameras will be utilized by our security team as another tool to help make your stadium experience safe and enjoyable.
Smoking/Tobacco Free Effective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no stadium exiting for tobacco use outside the stadium.

Ticket Information Admission for all U of A home regular-season Swimming & Diving events are free of charge. Tickets are not required for entry.
