Welcome to the Saturday edition of The Daily Call. Football is wrapping up its second week of preseason camp. Soccer has already played and won its first exhibition match and volleyball will kick off its season with its Red-White Scrimmage Sunday. @ArkRazorbacks&are back for the 2013 season!&

Volleyball Red-White Scrimmage@RazorbackVB&will host its annual Red-White Scrimmage tomorrow at 4 p.m. in Barnhill Arena. Click here for more info.

Breaking Ground The indoor baseball and track training facility is underway. The facility will provide approximately 52,000 square feet of climate-controlled practice space, including a practice infield, throwing area, batting areas and ancillary team spaces. It also will allow all indoor track and field meet throwing events to be held in the facility. Click here to read full release.

#NFLHogsFriday night Ryan Mallett saw action for the New England Patriots in their preseason matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, completing 12-of-20 passes for 137 yards and one touchdown pass as the Patriots beat the Buccaneers 25-21.
