FAYETTEVILLE — The University of Arkansas football team practiced in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Thursday as it continued to prepare for its game at Auburn on Saturday.
Head coach John L. Smith spoke to the media and talked about Thursday’s practice.
"Perfect Thursday was more perfect," Coach Smith said. "It was a good day. We had a good week of practice. Today was much more perfect than it has been. I am proud of the way we practiced."
Coach Smith also commented on the team’s preparation for Auburn.
"We are prepared," Coach Smith said. "The coaches have done a great job of keeping these guys motivated. They went hard this week, and fast and energetic. Now it is a matter of playing that way."
Kickoff for Saturday’s game is set for 11 a.m., and the game will be televised on ESPN2.
