FAYETTEVILLE — The University of Arkansas football team practiced in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Thursday as it continued to prepare for its game at Texas A&M on Saturday.
Head coach John L. Smith spoke to the media after practice and recapped the week of practice.
"It has been a good, hard week of practice," Coach Smith said. "We are looking forward to our first real road trip."
Coach Smith also commented on Saturday’s game against the Aggies.
"We are going to go on the field and we are going to play hard," Coach Smith said. "We are excited about it and we have had a good week. Let’s go down and do it."
Kickoff for Saturday’s game at Texas A&M is set for 11:21 a.m., and the game will be broadcast on the SEC Network.
Tickets for two Fayetteville games are still on sale. Tickets for the non-conference game against Tulsa are $45, while tickets for the conference matchup against Kentucky are $55. Single-game tickets may be purchased online at ArkansasRazorbacks.com, in person at the Razorback Ticket Center or by phone at 800-982-HOGS. Fans ordering tickets online have the option to print the tickets from home utilizing UA’s new eTicket system.
Single game tickets for the Oct. 27 Ole Miss game are still available for $65. The Razorbacks and Rebels are set to square off inside War Memorial Stadium for the 16th time in series history, including the first meeting and 1913, and the first time since 1992. Tickets purchased for Little Rock contests are not available with a print-at-home option.
