Tuesday Game at Missouri State Cancelled

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Due to inclement weather (rain) in the Springfield area, Tuesday’s game between Arkansas and Missouri State has been cancelled. However, the Razorbacks’ midweek road trip continues with their Wednesday matchup against Saint Louis at 2 p.m. (CT). It will be the sixth all-time meeting (5-0) between Arkansas and Saint Louis.

On the heels of their series win against Tennessee, the Razorbacks have risen to No. 22 in Tuesday’s release of the USA Softball national poll and are making their debut in the NFCA ranks as the No. 24 team in the country. The program hasn’t been ranked by the NFCA since the 2013 season. Arkansas (21-6, 2-4 SEC) checks in at No. 25 in the initial release of the NCAA RPI.

After its midweek game in St. Louis, the team will resume SEC play with a weekend trip to No. 17/18 Kentucky. The three-game series begins Friday at 5 p.m. All three games of the weekend series will be streamed live on SEC Network+ which is available through the WatchESPN app. Arkansas’ next home game is March 29 when it hosts Oklahoma State at Bogle Park on the SEC Network.
