FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas senior Carlos Hall will continue his football career in Nashville, Tenn., after the Tennessee Titans selected the standout Razorback defensive end in the seventh round of the 2002 National Football League Draft in New York City on Sunday afternoon.
Hall was the Titans’ seventh round pick and the 240th pick overall in the two-day draft. The Marianna, Ark., native earned 49 tackles last season for the Razorbacks including five tackles for loss and one sack. Hall also garnered 14 quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and he blocked a game-tying field goal attempt vs. South Carolina.
Hall was the only Razorback drafted in the seven-round draft, however, a host of other Hogs are expected to sign free agent contracts with professional teams in the next few days.
