Volleyball to Close Road Stretch at No. 11 Florida

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- The Arkansas volleyball team will close out a three-match road stretch at No. 11 Florida Sunday afternoon.

All-Time Series vs Florida

Sunday’s meeting against the Gators will be the 45th meeting between the two teams. Florida holds a 41-3 advantage over Arkansas, winning the last four matches. The Hogs’ last victory over the Gators came in 2015.

Last Time Out

The Razorbacks went 1-1 last week, sweeping Mississippi State on the road and falling 3-0 at Auburn. Sophomore Liz Pamphile led the team in both blocks and kills, while Okiana Valle recorded 17 digs. Rachel Rippee recorded 19 assists and three Razorbacks had a service ace.

Through the first half of SEC play, the Hogs sit in eighth place in the conference standings. Sophomore Hailey Dirrigl comes in at No. 8 in kills/set, averaging 3.51 with 246 this season. Junior Rachel Rippee is sixth with 8.73 assists/set, recording 637 in 20 matches. Freshman Lauren Evans’ 0.35 aces/set are sixth in the SEC while senior Okiana Valle is at the top of the league with 5.10 digs/set.
