FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Following a sixth-place finish at the 2014 NCAA Indoor Championships and an indoor season of consistent top-10 weekly rankings, the Arkansas women’s track and field team enters the outdoor season in the No. 14 spot. The No. 14 Razorbacks return Grace Heymsfield and Chrishuna Williams from last season’s outdoor team, with both women displaying a strong showing during the indoor season to bring home the school’s first-ever distance medley relay NCAA title.
Texas A&M takes the No. 1 spot to start the outdoor season, with four other Southeastern Conference foes landing in the nation’s top-15 for a total of six SEC teams among the nation’s leaders.
