FAYETTEVILLE – The University of Arkansas women’s golf team is ranked No. 11 in this week’s Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association Coaches Poll it was announced today.

The Razorbacks tallied 298 points and move up from No. 19 in the previous poll. Arkansas is ranked NO. 12 in the latest Golfstat.com poll and is No. 15 in this week’s Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings.

Arkansas played four fall events winning two and finishing second in a third. They have taken part in four spring events and are currently preparing for the Liz Murphey Collegiate Invitational in Athens, Ga., April 1-3. It is the final event prior to the 2011 Southeastern Conference Championship hosted by Auburn University April 15-17.
