2004-2005 Gymnastics Training Schedule

TRAINING SCHEDULE
Our training schedule may change from year to year. However, here is what we have planned for the 2004-2005 calendar year.

Prior to Official Workout
 Official Workout usually begins in the middle of September.
Prior to that date, we are permitted by the NCAA 8 hours of strength and conditioning per week. We also conduct Open Gym time for the team to come in and train. This fall’s schedule looks like this:
