ADA – Disability accommodations

Animals: Certified service or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Razorback Field. All service animals must remain on

a leash or in a harness at all times. No other animals are allowed in the facility.

Parking: Limited Disabled parking with a state issued tag is available in the Northwest corner of Lot 56.

Seating: There are ramps on either end of the bleachers that lead to public seating and a usher will assist you. For questions concerning availability, call the Razorback Ticket Office at (479) 575-5151 or 1-800-982-4647 or visit the ticket office located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B.
ATM’s

There are no ATM machines located at Razorback field.

Cameras/Video Cameras

Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the facility. No flash photography is allowed. Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses and tripods are prohibited inside the facility. Video cameras are also prohibited in the facility

Concessions

The concession stand is located in the Soccer Field House (on your left as you enter the facility. They offer a great menu for fans in 2010. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Directions to Razorback Field

The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 540 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Blvd.) and 63 (Weddington Road). The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Sixth Street (Martin Luther King Blvd) on the South.

Evacuation

In case of the need for evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event Personnel and Ushers will assist directing fans to the Main Gate on the north end of Razorback Field facility.

Fan Code of Conduct

Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.

First Aid

A satellite station is located underneath the stands, in the middle, near the elevator. Signage under the stands identifies the location.

Game Day Policies

Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the stadium will not be tolerated and can result in ejection. UA policy strictly prohibits anyone from entering the sideline or field without proper credentials. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of event management personnel, the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. Re-entry is not permitted during the first half of the match. All bags will be searched at the Main Gate upon entering the Razorback Field. Public address announcements are restricted to event management information and emergency situations only.

Game Day Schedule

1 hour before game-time – Public Gates & Concessions will open

Razorback Field Gates Open/ Elevator Location

Fan gate to Razorback Field will open one (1) hour prior to the start of match. Public Will Call and the Main Ticket Booth is located at the main gate and opens one (1) hour prior to the beginning of the match.

ELEVATOR

There is one elevator, located under the middle of the stands. The intended use for the elevator is for properly credentialed personnel (Media, game day staff, athletic administrators) and handicapped or any individual with mobility issues. The elevator is not intended for use by the general public.

Lost Children

Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation.

Lost & Found

After the event, all unclaimed items will be turned over to our facilities management office located in room 116 in Barnhill Arena. If you have any questions please contact Kathi George at 479-575-4959.

Media inquiries should be handled by the Razorback Athletics Media Relations Department at 479-575-2751 and ask for Robby Edwards.

Merchandise & Game Programs

A merchandise stand is located underneath the north end of the stands.

Official game programs are on sale at the marketing and promotions table underneath the stands in the middle.

Paging and Announcements

The public address system is used for game related information and emergency announcements only. In the event of an emergency in which guests attending the game must be located, please notify event management personnel.

Parking

The west end of Parking lot 56 (closest to the Press Box side of the soccer facility) will be used for all home soccer matches. You may access parking maps on the University of Arkansas Transit and Parking website at www.parking.uark.edu. Parking in the west end of Lot 56 will not be a problem on Friday, after 5:00 pm or on Sunday all day.

Prohibited Items

Except for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, and large purses are prohibited. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.

The following items are NOT permitted in RAZORBACK ATHLETIC FACILITIES:

Alcoholic beverages Animals (except service animals) Baby seats Baby strollers Backpacks or any large bags Banners, signs Beach Balls Cameras (professional equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses Coolers or containers Explosives Folding chairs or stools Food and beverages Ice chest Laser pointers Noisemakers of any type (i.e. bells, horns, whistles, etc.) Pets (with exception of service animals used by disabled guests) Personal heaters Stadium seats with armrests and/or over 16 inches wide Camera Tripods Umbrellas Video cameras

Re-Entry Policy

Re-Entry will not be allowed during the first period of the soccer match. This is a University of Arkansas Policy and applies to every ticket holder. Guests should plan accordingly. Re-Entry will be allowed in the second period of the soccer match.

Smoking/Tobacco Free

Effective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus became tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no stadium exiting for tobacco use outside the stadium.

Throwing Items

The throwing of items is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Offenders are subject to removal from the facilities and/arrest.

Ticket Information

The Razorback Ticket Office is located next to Baum Stadium at 1295 S. Razorback Road, Suite B. Free parking is available in the large lot north of the office. The Razorback Ticket Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for advance ticket sales. Guests can also order tickets by calling 479-575-5151 (local calls), 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) or by ordering on-line at www.ArkansasRazorbacks.com.

Will Call

Razorback field will call is located at the Main Gate (northwest corner)in the ticket booth. Will call is available 1 hour prior to the start of the match.
