The core athletic facilities (with the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Martin Luther King Blvd on the South. AdmissionAdmission will be charged for the NCAA Tournament. General Admission $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students with an ID card (per day). Children under the age of two years old will be admitted at no charge.ATM’sThere are no ATM machines located at either the indoor or outdoor tennis courts.Cameras/Video CamerasPoint-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the facility. No flash photography is allowed. Professional camera equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses and tripods are prohibited inside the facility. Video cameras are also prohibited in the facilityConcessionsDuring the NCAA Tournament the outdoor concession stand will be open selling drinks and candy. Outside food or beverages are permitted. We ask fans to throw their trash in any of the trash receptacles that are available.EvacuationIn case of the need for evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event Personnel and Ushers will assist directing fans to the appropriate exits from the Tennis FacilityFan Code of ConductRazorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.Match Day PoliciesRowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the stadium will not be tolerated and can result in ejection. UA policy strictly prohibits anyone from entering the sideline or field without proper credentials. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of event management personnel, the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. Re-entry is not permitted during the first half of the match. All bags will be searched at the Main Gate upon entering the Main Gate. Public address announcements are restricted to event management information and emergency situations only. Match Day Schedule1 hour before game-time — Public Gates & Concessions will open Tennis Facility Gate OpensFan gate to the Tennis Facility will open one (1) hour prior to the start of match. Public Will Call and the Main Ticket Booth is located on the northeast side of the indoor tennis center at the main gate and opens one (1) hour prior to the beginning of the match. ELEVATORThere is one elevator, located on the first floor of the tennis building. You can access it by going in the southeast door to the tennis building.Lost ChildrenParents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation. Lost & FoundAfter the event, all unclaimed items will be turned over to our facilities management office located in room 116 in Barnhill Arena. A limited selection of merchandise will be on sale at the southeast corner of the tennis building, next to the outdoor tennis courtsPaging and AnnouncementsThe public address system is used for game related information and emergency announcements only. In the event of an emergency in which guests attending the game must be located, please notify event management personnel.ParkingThe west end of Parking lot 46 will be available for Saturday and Sunday matches. You may access parking maps on the University of Arkansas Transit and Parking website at www.parking.uark.edu or refer to the Parking Map included at the end of this Fan Guide.Prohibited ItemsExcept for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, and large purses are prohibited. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.
