Rogers Heritage High School Ranked as the 233rd-best prospect nationally and the fourth-best prospect in the state of Arkansas in the class of 2012 by Perfect Game … Named 2012 Baseball Player of the Year and was selected to the All-Arkansas team by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette … Three-time all-state selection and earned all-conference honors all four years of his high school career … Hit .481 during his senior year with six homers and 39 RBI … Set school record with a .500 batting average as a junior and added seven home runs and 46 RBI … Helped his team to three conference championships and a state runner-up finish in his senior year … Selected to play in the 2012 Arkansas High School Coaches Association All-Star Game.
