PLAYER OF THE GAME
Melissa Wolff got the first start of her career Sunday on the road at Missouri. You wouldn't have known it was "Mo's" first go-round, as the sophomore from Cabot, Ark., recorded a season-high 14 points and 12 rebounds for her first career double-double. Mo shot 65 percent (5-8 FG) and was a perfect 4-for-4 at the free-throw line, including late freebies that helped the Razorbacks clinch the 69-66 victory.
TURNING POINT OF THE GAME
With 4:24 remaining in the game and Arkansas holding to just a 48-47 lead, Jessica Jackson spotted up and drilled a three-pointer from the wing to push the lead to 51-47. The Razorbacks would never look back from there, as Jess and Wolff scored 17 of the team's final 25 points in the win. Jess tied a career-high 22 points on the day, including going 9-for-10 at the free-throw line.
STAT OF THE GAME
16: The Razorbacks closed out the road win by making 16 straight free throws. Calli Berna made half of them alone, going a perfect 8-for-8 from the charity stripe over the final minutes.
TWEET OF THE DAY
Victory is sweet, especially when you enjoy it on your Birthday. Assistant coach Tari Cummings celebrated her big day at the team's pre-game meal.
